By accessing, downloading, activating, purchasing, or using NNG, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use, purchase, or activate NNG.

2. Description of Service

NNG is a digital analytical software solution delivered through Google Sheets.

The software is designed to help rideshare drivers and other users track, organize, and analyze driving-related data, expenses, and operational performance.

NNG is provided for informational and analytical purposes only.

NNG does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

3. Trial Version

We may offer a free trial version of NNG.

Trial versions may contain limited functionality, restrictions, or usage limits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, revoke, or discontinue trial access at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, automation, or violation of these Terms.

Trial access is provided solely for evaluation purposes.

4. License and Activation

A license grants access to specific software functionality within an authorized Google Sheets instance.

Licenses may be associated with a particular spreadsheet instance, user account, email address, or activation record.

License activation occurs when a valid license key is applied to an eligible spreadsheet instance.

Unless otherwise specified, each license is intended for use by a single user.

We may approve license transfers at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or deactivate licenses obtained or used in violation of these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when using the Service.

• Maintaining access to your Google account and spreadsheets.

• Reviewing and verifying any calculations generated by the software.

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

You acknowledge that the accuracy of outputs depends on the accuracy of information entered by you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute license keys without authorization.

• Redistribute licensed copies of the software in violation of these Terms.

• Attempt to bypass licensing, activation, or security mechanisms.

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or other methods to abuse the trial system.

• Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract proprietary components of the software.

• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service.

7. Payments and Billing

Paid licenses are processed through third-party payment providers.

You agree to provide accurate payment information when making a purchase.

Access to paid functionality may be granted only after successful payment processing and license activation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions where fraud, abuse, or payment irregularities are suspected.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Because NNG is a digital product and a free trial is available before purchase, refunds are generally not available after license delivery.

Duplicate charges, billing errors, or exceptional circumstances may qualify for refund review at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

NNG, including its software logic, formulas, workflows, documentation, branding, and related materials, remains the property of QuirkyMaster.

These Terms grant you a limited license to use the software and do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

NNG is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy of calculations;

• Availability of the Service;

• Suitability for any specific purpose;

• Financial outcomes, profitability, or business results.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuirkyMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You remain solely responsible for business decisions, tax reporting, accounting records, regulatory compliance, and any actions taken based on information generated by NNG.

12. Termination and Revocation

We may suspend, revoke, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if:

• These Terms are violated;

• Fraud or abuse is detected;

• License misuse is identified;

• Continued access may create operational or security risks.

Termination may occur without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will become effective upon publication on our website.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
